Refund Policy

Robetix.com hosts a marketplace for digital content creators. Due to the nature of digital files and intellectual property, our return and refund policies are specific to protect both buyers and sellers.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We allow refund requests under the following conditions:

  • The purchased project is corrupt, incomplete, or materially misrepresented

  • The buyer contacts support within 5 calendar days of purchase

  • The product hasn’t been accessed/downloaded in full

2. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to sz@robetix.com with:

  • The registered account’s email address

  • Transaction ID or payment confirmation

  • Detailed reason for your request with optional proof (e.g., screenshots)

3. Ineligible Scenarios

  • Buyer remorse or change of mind after purchase

  • Misuse or mishandling of the product by the buyer

  • If project files were downloaded or extensively accessed

4. Order Cancellation Terms

  • Orders can only be cancelled prior to file access or download

  • Users are encouraged to confirm details before completing the transaction

5. Processing Timeline

All valid refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.

6. Dispute Assistance

If a resolution cannot be achieved, users may escalate the issue to a support supervisor or mediation representative at Robetix.
